Rotator

The rotor (from Latin: rotare = rotate) is the turning (rotating) part of a machine or setup.

In the case of aerodynamic rotors such as propellers in aircraft, the rotor is the unit consisting of hub, rotor blades and turning axle.

In order to achieve continuous product improvements our Research and Development Department works with universities. For example, we cooperate with the ETH (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich) in the field of test rotors.

It is our job to continuously improve the efficiency factor of both gas and steam turbines by means of newly designed  3D blade geometries.
